Terms of use
Last updated 18 September 2026.
These terms apply to anyone using mycustomerportal.co.uk, whether you are filling in a questionnaire for an adviser or you work for an advice firm that uses the service.
Who we are
My Customer Portal is provided by P3 Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17180916. Our registered office is 107A High Street, Carrville, Durham DH1 1BQ. You can contact us at support@p3-technologies.co.uk.
What the service does
My Customer Portal lets mortgage, protection and financial advice firms send their clients secure online questionnaires. The firm chooses which questionnaire to send, receives the answers and decides what to do with them.
We provide the technology only. We do not give financial, mortgage, insurance or any other advice, and we are not a party to the relationship between you and your adviser.
If you are filling in a questionnaire
- You do not need an account. Use the link your adviser sent you. Your answers save as you go. If you stop part way, the page gives you a personal link to carry on later, so keep it somewhere safe.
- Your answers go to the advice firm that sent you the link. That firm is responsible for your information and for any advice it gives you. Its own privacy notice explains how it uses your information.
- Please answer as fully and accurately as you can. If something is wrong, tell your adviser.
- Do not share your links with anyone else. Anyone holding your personal carry on link can see the answers you have given so far.
If you use the service for an advice firm
Your firm's use of the service is governed by its subscription with us and the data processing agreement accepted in the app. If anything in these terms conflicts with those documents, those documents take priority. In addition:
- Your account is for you alone. Do not share your password or authenticator.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Only send questionnaire links to people your firm has a genuine reason to collect information from.
- Your firm remains responsible for the information it collects and for the advice it gives.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to access accounts, questionnaires or information that are not yours;
- test, probe or attack the security of the service without our written permission;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful or containing malicious code;
- use the service in a way that could damage it or disrupt other users.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or the service is at risk.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may need to take it offline for maintenance or updates.
Our content
The software, design and wording of the service belong to us or our licensors. The answers you give belong to you and the firm you gave them to, not to us.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not responsible for advice given by, or decisions made by, the advice firms that use the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
