Accessibility
Last updated 18 September 2026.
We want everyone to be able to fill in a questionnaire or run their firm's account, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
What you should be able to do
- Zoom in up to 200% without text spilling off the screen.
- Use the service on a phone, tablet or computer.
- Move through forms using a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- Use a screen reader such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack.
- Stop and come back later. Answers save as you go and there is no time limit.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The service has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so there may be parts that fall short. If you find one, please tell us.
Known limitations
- Pages always display in light mode, even if your device is set to dark mode. Your browser zoom, text size and high contrast settings still work.
- Documents that advice firms upload, such as their own privacy notices, are provided by the firm and may not be fully accessible. Ask the firm for another format if you need one.
Need help or another format?
If you are filling in a questionnaire and find it hard to use, your adviser can help you complete it another way, for example over the phone.
To report a problem with the website itself, email support@p3-technologies.co.uk. Tell us the page and what went wrong.
If you are not happy with our response
You can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service in England, Scotland and Wales, or the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
