Cookie policy
Last updated 18 September 2026.
We only use cookies that the service needs to work, and only for people who sign in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.
If you work for an advice firm
| Purpose | How long it lasts |
|---|---|
| Keeping you signed in securely after you enter your password and authenticator code | Until you sign out or the session ends |
| Remembering this device, only if you tick the option when signing in | Until it expires or you sign out of that device |
If you are filling in a questionnaire
We do not set any cookies for you. Your answers are saved on our servers as you go, and you pick up where you left off using the personal link the page gives you, not a cookie.
Fonts
The pages use a typeface supplied by Google Fonts. Your browser fetches it from Google, which receives your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies. See our privacy notice for more.
Why we do not ask for consent
UK law allows cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for without asking for consent first. Everything listed above falls into that category, so you will not see a cookie banner.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, firm staff will not be able to sign in. Filling in a questionnaire is not affected.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting it.
