Privacy notice

Last updated 18 September 2026.

This notice explains how personal information is handled on mycustomerportal.co.uk. Who is responsible for your information depends on why you are here.

If you are filling in a questionnaire

The advice firm that sent you the link is the controller of your answers. It decides what it asks, why it needs the information and how long it keeps it. P3 Technologies Ltd runs the system on the firm's behalf as its processor, which means we only handle your information on the firm's instructions and under a written agreement with it.

For anything about how your answers are used, including requests to see, correct or delete them, please contact your adviser's firm. Its privacy notice is the one that applies to you. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to the firm.

Our staff cannot read your answers. The system is built so that the firm that sent you the link, and the advisers it authorises, are the only people who can see them.

The firm decides how long your answers are kept. Unless it chooses otherwise, each completed questionnaire is deleted automatically 24 months after it was finished. The firm can delete it sooner.

Some questionnaires, such as protection questionnaires, ask about your health. Health information is special category data under UK data protection law. The firm will explain the lawful basis it relies on to collect it.

If you work for an advice firm that uses the service

For your own user account, P3 Technologies Ltd is the controller.

What we collect

Why we use it

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your firm's account is active and for a limited period afterwards where we need it for security, audit or legal reasons. We then delete it.

Where information is stored and who helps us

Questionnaire answers and account data are stored in a database in London, United Kingdom. We use a small number of service providers to run the system:

Each provider acts under a written agreement with us. Where a provider may process information outside the UK, including Google and Vercel in the United States, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the approved UK safeguards for international transfers.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You have rights under UK data protection law, including to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to data portability. For questionnaire answers, please contact the advice firm. For your firm user account, contact us at support@p3-technologies.co.uk.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, please contact us or the advice firm first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
